What we coat
Concrete goes in. A floor comes out.
The same three stage system everywhere: grind, base coat with flake, polyaspartic topcoat. What changes is the space and the blend. Every photograph on this site is their own work, shot on their own jobs. There is no stock photography anywhere on it.
Carports and driveways
Outdoor concrete takes sun, salt and tyre heat. Flake gives it grip when it is wet and the topcoat keeps it from chalking.
Patios and front porches
The first thing anyone walks on. Cracks get filled, the step edge gets wrapped, and the whole thing washes clean.
Shops and warehouses
Large open slabs in solid colour or flake, scheduled around your hours so you are shut for as little as possible.
Offices, salons and barbershops
Front of house floors that get swept twenty times a day. Seamless, so there is no grout line to scrub.
Basements and bathrooms
Interior slabs where the coating has to be easy to clean and cope with standing water. Anti slip additive on request.

The coating is the easy part. The prep is the job.
Coatings fail because of what happened before the first coat went down, not because of the coat itself. Here is the part of the job you would otherwise never see.
Diamond ground, not etched
Acid etch leaves a surface the coating can only sit on top of. Grinding opens the concrete with diamonds so the epoxy keys down into it. Cracks and pits get filled on the same pass and the slab is vacuumed before anything is mixed.
Flake packed edge to edge
Flake goes on by hand until the wet base will not take any more of it. That is what stops thin patches showing through a year later. Once it cures the floor is scraped back flat and vacuumed again.
Polyaspartic on every floor
The last coat is polyaspartic: UV stable, chemical resistant, anti scratch. It is the layer that has to live with hot tyres, road salt and a Utah winter, so it goes on the porch and the carport exactly as it goes on the garage.

Say what the space is, roughly how big it is and what the concrete is doing. A photo of the slab is worth more than a paragraph about it.
Free estimate, on the slab
Someone comes out and looks at the actual concrete rather than quoting off a square footage over the phone. Anything structural or a moisture problem gets flagged here, not after.
Grind, fill, vacuum
The slab is diamond ground, cracks and pits are filled on the same pass, and the whole floor is vacuumed before anything is mixed.
Base, flake, topcoat
Pigmented epoxy base, flake thrown by hand until no more will stick, scraped back flat once it cures, then the polyaspartic. The whole thing goes up on the feed as it happens.
